Terms of use

1. Website access

The website is free to access for any user with an Internet connection. The publisher may suspend access, for example for maintenance, without notice or compensation. Orders are governed by our terms of sale.

2. User account

Accounts are created and accessed through Google Sign-In: PlayTesterHub never creates or stores a password. Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. You are responsible for the security of your Google account.

3. Dashboard

The dashboard lets you track your orders and test campaigns and submit the information needed for the test (app name, opt-in link). Other useful information (feedback contact, test credentials) can be sent to us by email.

4. User obligations

• provide accurate, up-to-date information;
• only submit apps you are authorized to have tested, compliant with the law and Google Play policies;
• not attempt to disrupt, bypass or compromise the website's security;
• not use the website fraudulently or to obtain reviews or ratings on the Play Store.

5. Suspension and termination

If these terms are breached, the publisher may suspend or delete the account concerned, after prior notice except in case of urgency or fraud. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time at [email protected].

6. Personal data and cookies

How we process your data and which cookies we use is described in our privacy policy.

7. Intellectual property

Website content is protected (see the legal notice). You remain the owner of your app and of the information you send us; you allow us to use it only as needed to perform the service.

8. Liability

Website information is provided for guidance only. We do not guarantee Google's approval. The publisher is not liable for temporary unavailability of the website or for damage resulting from use that does not comply with these terms.

9. Changes

These terms may be changed at any time. The applicable version is the one online when you use the website; the date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the competent courts, subject to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
