Refund policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
This policy supplements our terms of sale. It does not limit consumers' right of withdrawal.
What is covered
- Fewer than 12 testers opted in during the 14 days because of PlayTesterHub: you choose between a free re-run of the test and a refund.
- Google asks for additional testing after your production access request: one free re-run (only one per order).
We do not guarantee Google's approval: a rejection by Google does not, on its own, entitle you to a refund.
Exclusions (customer-side causes)
No free re-run or refund is due when the test could not run normally for one of the following reasons:
- closed testing track not published;
- France not targeted by the testing track;
- track paused or deleted during the test;
- paid app;
- missing test credentials when the app requires signing in;
- missing opt-in link.
